 Founder/President- Jaime Zawmon

Jaime Nespor Zawmon grew up in a family business in Baltimore, Maryland. As the daughter of a small business owner in the manufacturing space she learned the value of hard work from an early age.

She joined a magazine publishing/ media organization in 2003 that profiled CEOs across the Mid-Atlantic. She went on to successfully lead the launch of the Washington, DC market in 2005 and the Philadelphia market in 2010. Jaime ascended through the ranks to become the Division President. With over a decade of experience, she has profiled thousands of CEOs throughout the Mid-Atlantic.  She has interviewed them in-print, on-camera, and hosted them at many large-scale corporate events as well as private CEO roundtables.

After 13 years in the industry she went on to launch and grow a business in the health/fitness industry and successfully sold the business after 5 years to move to Colorado with her husband and 2 children. She founded TitanCEO in 2019 and works with CEOs in peer group settings to help them build business valuation.

 

In 2020 she founded the Titan100 program to recognize Colorado’s Top 100 CEO’s and C-Level executives. The annual program hosts several events over the course of the year including an awards program to honor 100 Titans of Industry. In 2021 the Titan 100 program launched an initiative to expand across the country. Including the cities of St. Louis, Georgia, Phoenix and Philadelphia, Wisconsin & Chicago. In the next several years, the Titan 100 program will grow to 10 cities across the country and recognize 1000 Titans of Industry on an annual basis.

Jaime has a passion for small businesses and loves the entrepreneurial spirit of the CEOs she works with. She loves bringing like-minded individuals together to help them collaborate, tackle issues and challenges to take their businesses to the next level.

When Jaime is not living and breathing small business she spends her free time in the outdoors. She loves skiing, hiking, mountain biking and scuba diving. She is also an active voice for The Wild Animal Sanctuary. She served on the board to chair their first annual corporate fundraiser in 2018. She is also a member of the Colorado Women's Chamber of Commerce - Women of Impact & Influence.  She was recognized as a GenXYZ Top Young Professional by ColoradoBiz Magazine in 2021. Jaime was also recognized by Forbes as one of The NEXT 1000 - The Upstart Entrepreneurs Redefining the American Dream in 2021.
