Jaime Nespor Zawmon grew up in a family business in Baltimore Maryland. As the daughter of a small business owner in the manufacturing space she learned the value of hard work from an early age.

She joined a magazine publishing/ media organization in 2003 that profiled CEOs across the Mid-Atlantic. She went on to successfully lead the launch of the Washington DC market in 2005 and the Philadelphia market in 2010. Jaime ascended through the ranks to become the division president. With over a decade of experience, she has profiled thousands of CEOs throughout the Mid-Atlantic.  She has interviewed them in print, on camera, and hosted them at many large-scale corporate events as well as private CEO roundtables.

As a former member of national CEO peer organization, she participated in a monthly CEO forum with 7 other CEOs to discuss and work through the challenges of running a business. She loved the opportunity to experience share and the tight nit relationships she built with her CEO peers as they grew their businesses.

After 13 years in the industry she went on to launch and grow a business in the health/fitness industry and successfully sold the business after 5 years to move to Colorado with her husband and 2 children.

Jaime has a passion for small businesses and loves the entrepreneurial spirit of the CEOs she works with. She loves bringing like-minded individuals together to help them collaborate, tackle issues and challenges to take their businesses to the next level.
